Memory Training for Mild Memory Problems
Principal Investigator: Miriam Mintzer, Ph.D.

The goal of this study is to find out if activities that challenge the brain (mentally stimulating activities) can improve memory and other types of thinking in individuals with mild memory problems. The study consists of 22 sessions over the course of 1 year. Research participants will engage in different types of mentally stimulating activities, and will perform tasks that assess skills like attention, memory, thinking, reading, and decision-making.
